Unable to sync files on Cloud

Hi guys.

Onwards with my FF9 low level game, I made it all the way to end of Disc 1, even got through the hardest part in mere 10 minutes.

Now just in my paranoia I have a question.......I was resetting the game after being beaten by some Mist Monsters.......and when I was opening it again it said: Steam was unable to sync to the Cloud blah if you continue now you can lose progress blah.

So I don't need to worry about anything if it's just for Cloud Saves? All my manual saves should be there obviously right?

I was paranoid and didn't have the courage to open the game again so back to FFX to hunt more Earth Eaters.....

I mean I have three manual saves and a auto save in FF9, none of that can possibly be disturbed by this message right?
