TOR doesn't seem to have internet access.

I am using the latest version of TOR on macOS Sonoma. When I click on connect, it immediately shows the screen where it says, "TOR is blocked in your location". There is no loading or waiting period for this screen to appear, which leads me to conclude that something is blocking internet access to TOR or bricking it. The same thing happens when I try to use a bridge — No loading, just a screen saying that it failed to connect. I go to Setting > Connection > Test my internet, and nothing happens. I have already tried reinstalling TOR and the aforementioned behavior is was observed in the new installation. While it did exist in the previous installation as well, it was nuanced. Sometimes I would see a bar that would get stuck.
