Doubt regarding comedk refund

Hey, so I got a college alloted in r1 and r2p2 and Ive decided to reject and withdraw from the counselling process. On the comedk homepage it shows there is seat cancellation period thats extended till 22nd 4pm but after logging in I dont see any seat cancellation tab, this was the case even before making my decision. Will I get my refund or am I doomed ? tried calling their helpline and mailed them but no response yet
