Seized camber bolts

Hey guys. I have a 90 series and I'm trying to replace the lower control arms, but the sleeves are seized I there and I cannot remove them, I've soaked them in WD40 and I have tried hammering them both ways, even have a slide hammer with a bolt all the way through and they're not budging. Does anyone have any solutions?
