Question about fine + black points

Unfortunately I got a ticket for "driving without lights" (I probably was about 5 sec late to switch it on after coming out of the basement parking - I know this as the fine location was the street I came out to from the basement) which appeared as 500 AED and 4 black points on the Police app ticket.

This is the first time I got a black points fine. I paid the ticket through the Police app and the ticket itself disappeared. When I search my Traffic File number or my Licence on the app, it doesn't show any further payable fine.

So where did this 4 black points go? How do I address it?
