Car insurance

I was looking to see if anyone knows the best and/or most affordable car insurance. I currently have progressive but I was looking to see something possibly more local. The only kicker is I have to carry fr44 for another couple years because of something dumb I did. Any one have any options they know of? Thanks in advance.
