401K Portfolio Advice?

I just recently found the Bogleheads community and am now realizing I may have overcomplicated my 401K portfolio. I am not very knowledgeable about investing and am trying to digest all of the advice on this sub. It is overwhelming but I am determined to better understand investing!! That being said, I would love veteran advice on my 401K portfolio. I am 46 and have a high risk tolerance. I am comfortable at 90 stocks 10 bonds at the moment. Any advice on consolidating what I have? I feel like I am all over the place!
