Is 750watts enough for Rx7800xt ?

Pc particles says estimated 527watts. AMD suggests minimum 700watts. I run. Corsair Rm750e 80plus gold. I don’t want my rig to just (shut down) from a power spike. Should I snag a 1000w to be safe? Any info is greatly appreciated.
