[META] [Modpost] New Rule: See inside for details!

Hello everyone,

After a discussion amongst the mods, we've decided to put a rule in place banning memes and "meme-like" image macros. r/mildlyinteresting has had this in place for a while, and we thought it was time for us to have it in place too. If you see one, just click "report" and we'll take care of it.

Thank you!
