Is Vector 17 HX series really that annoying?

Hi,

I recently sold my Katana and about to purchase a better version of MSI. Vector 17 HX really looks like a good choice. In my country, Turkey, I can find it good prices with RTX4060.

What I found out is that Vector 17 HX is really annoys people with fan noise. I mean I use IETSGT600 anyway but is it really worth it or just avoid it completely?

Can't buy SWORD series because it's limited to 200w adapter. 1 up Crosshair series almost pricey as Vector so buy Vector instead?

I would love to use more USB3.2 ports etc.
