This thing is amazing, but do I need to send it back? Help please

It's amazing but I can't get rid of the damn flicker. It flickers an image on my screen sometimes for a milisecond. Is it not enough light in my room? Any ideas? Nobody will help me lol. Is it a broken unit? Do I need to exchange it? I turned off so many settings and nothing has any effect on it. Motion smoothing turned off, turned it to 90fps.. nothing works. Gosh damn its almost perfect.
