What model of OBD 2 scanner to get?

Lost my damn key fob and need the key code for the locksmith to make a new one. 2016 Hyundai.

The dealership I bought the car from refuses to give it out, saying I need a Hyundai dealership to do it.

But Hyundai dealership refuses to speak to me because I didn't buy the car from them.

What model of OBD 2 scanner do I need to just get the key code off the car myself?
