Misogynist Men

The bar I work at has been open for little over three months. It was previously a well regarded dive bar / sports bar, among locals.

Vibe totally changed after the refurb, and management want to seek a different vibe.

We’ve had a couple blokes come in throughout the last few months, saying a couple sexist things, but they pick up pretty quickly that I won’t play along with their games and they leave, but one guy has stuck around and has made weird offhand comments about the female staff constantly.

I’ve been pretty forward in telling him to fuck off with those comments (albeit more politely), but tonight he said to my coworker “Do you have children? If not, I’ll give you some.”

to which I immediately told him to fuck off and leave, and that he was barred.

I don’t appear to be in any trouble over this, but other than asserting myself the way I am already, is there anyway of avoiding these kinds of guys getting too comfortable in our bar, but at leads to this kind of confrontation?
