Error trying to build from blueprint

Does anyone else have this issue when trying to build from a preset blueprint? So I made this blueprint before the end of season 1 and saved it. I made the structure out of concrete when I saved it but now im wanting to build it as wood because I dont have concrete, Whenever I go to change it to anything besides "Default Building Materials" it kicks me out and says "You can't do this" and then "Operation Failed". I've tried with stone, wood, and even changed it to concrete and it gave me the same error. Only thing that will work is "default building materials". This does it for all the blueprints, even the preset ones made by the devs. Is anyone else having this same issue? Maybe if you don't know can you check and report back here? I've tried moving my base already, retsarting the game. I have more than enough materials and all the structures in memetics unlocked. It will let me place the "default" materials which is concrete and i dont even have those unlocked in memetics yet. Any tips or info would be awesome!
