Micro stuttering fix (for me) NVIDIA

Hello im using second monitor for higher Hz and had micro stutter problems. I read a lot people post and llooks like not only me had problems like that. So i want post that what helps me a lot.

we need Nvidia Inspector

we search Multi/Display/mixed-GPU acceleration - change "single display performance mode" to "multi display performance mode"
