Skyrim for Xbox Series X questions (please don't roast me)

So I have Skyrim for Xbox 360 but am wanting to upgrade to an Xbox Series X (for Hogwarts Legacy, Halo and Skyrim Anniversary Edition). I had a few questions that I was hoping someone could answer about Skyrim AE for the Series X?

Is there the same amount of buffering when entering into houses, buildings, etc?

With Ulfberth War-Bear repopulating gold: I guess it was a game glitch to where you could sell to him and clean him out, save, kill him and then reload from your "pre-murder" save to have him restock his gold, and repeat until you were done selling. Is that still a thing in the AE? I know there's a perk that can increase the amount of gold that merchants have but until that perk is reached.. work smart not hard 😉
