How to deal with a long-term partner (30M) cheating on me (29F)?

My (Late 20s/F) boyfriend (30s/M) of 9 yrs just recently confessed to me that he cheated. He received a BJ from someone at work. Twice. On separate occasions. I don't know what to do or think. I was enraged. I cried. But now my head feels empty.

We've been together for so long, I don't want to end things, but at the same time, I can't imagine ever being intimate with him again knowing someone else did. He says he'll make it up, but I don't know how I can ever come to terms with what he did.

Our families already know each other. His mom and I chat. I go out with them and have been on several trips with their family. Idk... I'm sorry if the way I'm telling this is a mess, but my thoughts are all over the place and I don't know what to do... has anyone here been in a relationship this long and had this happen to them? What did you do? How did you go about it?
