How important are grad scores?

I completed my BA (Hons) in Economics from BHU, but my college scores aren't what I hoped for, with a CGPA of 7.02, translating to just 67% due to a flawed percentage formula. I even needed grace marks in one subject. In contrast, my 10th and 12th grades were strong, with scores of 98% and 97%, respectively. Last year, I scored a 97.02 percentile in CAT, but this year, my low college scores are making me feel quite underconfident.
