ESPN+ - Keeps Outdoing Yourselves

As soon as I think that ESPN+ cannot become a more unreliable, slow, and user unfriendly service, you surprise me in an almost comical way.

Last weekend, I paid $80 for the UFC fight, and the ESPN app on my Firestick just wouldn’t open. It gave the noise, then the ESPN logo would come on, and then….nada. I had people over to watch the fights, and it was so ****ing embarrassing.

I asked for my money back after a useless 45 minute online chat with some poor soul that has to answer what must be countless complaints, and it was some noncommittal answer with no money.Basically a shoulder shrug.

It still isn’t working for the fights tonight, and I’ve tried every recommendation on how to fix, including:

-Restarting router -Uninstalling and reinstalling -Restarting Firestick -Having ESPN look at it from your end

Every other streaming service works very well, so it’s not my internet speed.

If it’s not the horrible speeds and fuzzy picture, it is something else. Shame on you and Disney. Take a couple mill of your billions in profit and fix what people pay good money for.
