Dell G3 laptop stuck on a boot loop

Dell g3 laptop won’t boot past loading screen.

I have run diagnostics that say it’s fine, I have opened it up to unplug and plug my hard drive. I’ve reinstalled windows 10 onto my laptop. Sometimes it boots and works great, sometimes it’s just soft locked at the starting dell logo before login, when that happens you can’t f12 or f2 boot to do anything. What the fuck am I doing wrong? Nothing caused this to my knowledge but I’ve been doing research for 2 weeks now and nothing works. Any advice would be appreciated.
