Having problems viewing 50fps contents on Windows 11

Hi guys, I am in the 50hz region, so I watch a lot of 25/50fps content. I don't know if this is a bug but my laptop can't show the 50fps smoothly, especially using Chrome or Windows Media Player. This doesn't appear when I use Edge or VLC to view it. I set my laptop refresh rate at 60hz. So please help me. Thank you!
