Intuniv worked for 2 weeks, then was suddenly worse than ever. Will it come back?

I was on Elvanse but switched to Intuniv with Amfexa due to blood pressure issues. My doctor warned that titration would be tough, but after 8-12 weeks, it should work—and they were right!

The first 8 weeks were brutal, but then I woke up one day feeling functional. It wasn't euphoria; I simply gained the ability to manage my worries and emotional responses. My patience with my kids improved significantly.

However, exactly 2 weeks later, it all vanished. Now my anxiety and emotional dysregulation are worse than ever. I'm struggling with depression and feel unable to function.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal during titration? I haven't reached the 12-week mark yet so I am still in the ‘hell’ phase, in theory.

My doctor's next appointment is weeks away so I am on my own. This feels up there with the worst my mind has ever felt. I'm scared and unsure of what to do. I'm seeking any experiences, advice, or support.
