Is it normal for toddler to mix up names often

My toddler calls me ‘daddy’ sometimes when taking to me. Sometimes she corrects herself and other times she doesn’t. She also calls daddy, “mommy” sometimes too. She occasionally say “dommy” which I think she starts to say daddy and realizes mommy.

She will call grandma and grandpa, “daddy/mommy” too and she for sure knows their names. But she knows who everyone is especially in pictures. I just never heard a toddler call the other parent the wrong name so many times. Does this seem normal or is something not right? She’s 26 months old.

We have a visit with pediatrician in 1 week.
