[TOMT] [ANIME] Anime about possible game developers going to conventions and working on the game together

Okay dude i don't have much time but i remember an anime where the mc is a nerdy girl with maybe her best friend she has to convince to join her club. I was 90% sure was game development club but it's fucking not since the only thing that shows up is not it. BUT anyway she recruits like a shy girl a REDHEAD WITH GLASSESI REMEMBER VIVIDLY I DREW A PICTURE OF HER and her best friend. I remember them going to like a gaming convention and sucking at it or something i remember only liking the redhead in this show, tomboyish older sister character. Four characters basically. I remember this was a moe very young looking girls but the weird tthing i reemember is the main character being embarrassed of her intrigue in video games and she was walking through a summer like lineup of clubs trying to recruit her and her friend and she almost went into one of the clubs. I rediscovered this anime in 2020 because i only remember setting the redhead as my pfp for a while on discord, i originally watched it on a comcast on demand network called anime network in around 2017-2019. I remember this because i am also looking for a few others from this network i have failed to remember the name of https://files.catbox.moe/0bsw3a.png
