Hello, I took my plan b 7 days late after sex.

if i took a plan b 7 days after sex and i had my period and im spotting 5 days after my period and a day before ovulation am i pregnant? I asked a nurse at my doctors office she told me this was a sign I’m not pregnant but i forgot to mention I’ve taken a plan b that late after.. On the other hand I have a doctors appointment in 2 days so I’ll ask my doctor!
