Lpr or gerd related question, liquid in throat that sits there and when burp its wet burp, excessive saliva, what can I drink or take to get rid of it?

I get constant excessive saliva and liquid sitting in the throat at the adams apple area, what can I take to get rid of it, if I swallow it goes into my stomach but automatically is back in the same area? It's awful I have to keep spitting it out, haven't slept at all?
