Joint property with parents - matrimonial home (ontario canada)

I own a rental property with my parents (they helped me purchase it) and we are as joint tenants (not tenants in common). I am planning to move into this home with my wife. Since it is joint tenants there is no clear division of property ownership, what would happen since it is the matrimonial home and god forbid something happens? How would it be split up?
