28 male full time student seeks room

I'm just going to try this out. Maybe this isn't the correct place for this but will still try. Hello. I'm Jason. I am 28 male and a full time student at Santa Monica College. I attend classes Monday and Wednesday. I currently am waiting for my financial aid to be approved to be a work study, so right now no job. I do have a monthly budget of at least $1,500 per month for rent saved up. Would prefer male roommates or a lgbt household.
