TW fertility discussion/venting on difficulties with fertility and disappointment

Me 32f and my husband 37m have been trying to get pregnant for quite some time now, but every damn month I get my period. We are scheduled to start IUI in October so we got that going for us, but it's very hard getting your hopes up every time thinking "maybe this time" to just get disappointed again. People tell us to no stress so much and it will happen, but that is easier said than done 🙃
