Kamvas 13 or Ipad Air 2nd Gen?

Just wanna ask someone who own these two product which one better for drawing experience. I already owned Ipad Air which was incredible btw with CSP.

But I was confuse which one better since both tablet has almost same working size. So is it and upgrade or not. If I decide to choose Kamvas 13, I plan to use it with my MSI Laptop
