AITAH for letting fecal matter go through me?

This guy [21m] I’m attached to is really mad at me that I let fecal matter go through me/out of me during a university exam. But he was the one who ate gas station sushi and the gastrointestinal system was the one who forced it to me in the first place. He’s embarrassed and says it’s my fault. AITAH?
