“projects” section on student resume?

Should I include a "projects" section in my resume to describe my portfolio projects? The thing is, in the "experience" section I have listed some club volunteer experiences which aren't my strongest projects and/or are incomplete and so, are different from the projects in my portfolio. Should I list them or no ? Any advice would help!
