Why do i cringe at everything i say

Everything i say is SO EMBARRASSING AND SOMETIMES I SOUND SO PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE FOR NO REASON. i tried to convince myself that non of that is true and that im just being my own bully but i cant shake off the feeling that every interaction i have with people weirds them out
