TIFU by forgetting about a bottle of homemade juice again

So, I have a lemon tree in the backyard and make homemade lemonade. The bottle rolled under my bed, for I do not remember how long it was. I found and opened it, forgetting I put lemonade in it. A lot of pressure was built up, making a mess. It did not smell bad, and I did not know, but you could tell it started to ferment a lot and got on my face, and my mouth could taste a bit of alcohol. It was low-proof but alcohol. This is the second time that I made alcohol by accident. The first time was back in high school. In one of the classes, I left a bottle of homemade orange juice in a hydro flask over winter break. I spent 10 minutes trying to open it. Finally, get it open, and the pressure released, making a mess I had to clean up. The teacher got a good laugh out of it. He pointed out that it fermented into alcohol. Yes, I gave it a quick taste when nobody was looking 1/10.

TL;DR forgot about a bottle of juice and made booze, leading to a large mess.
