The Aldor Apartment Building

Hi, I'm new to the area and thinking about living in an apartment building called the Aldor. I'm just wondering if anyone here has lived there/has heard anything about it. Side note: I'm going to be working night shift at my job, so I'll be sleeping during the day. Is downtown Royal Oak noisy? This is one of my main concerns with living close to downtown. Thanks!
