All Clad Seconds Price Discrepancy

Currently, on homeandcooksales, you can get a 12qt multipot for 69.99 or an 8 qt for 79.95. They are both labeled "packaging damage", not "second quality". Does anyone know why the 8 qt would be more expensive? Does it have to do with available quantities? Something about the quality of the product (despite saying packaging damage)?
