What I received as a furry and my thoughts about it.

Today I found the message I received about this individual whom I believe is against the furry fandom known as "Anti-furry". And trying to indicates a threat towards me. This is what I understand and intpretate the message as. (The individual send me 3 images of people brutally get tortured, and it is full with bloods and explicit images)

Let's discuss something furries... We've been through alot aren't we? The fandom has a lot of downfall and rising. But... One thing we all can agree on is being furry is just a hobby. We just like to see and act as anthromophic animal from time to time. Even though someone dislikes it I understand. For example me myself, I don't like anime guys because they tend to be too dramatic and sometimes they way they act seems appropriate to me. After all It's just a hobby. I don't feel uncomfortable with them as long as they doesn't cause any trouble to me or posing life threats to me. Maybe there might be some aspects or perspective that I might don't understand them. Now... I hope we can see that disagreement is a common thing. It's fine to disagree such things and action upon personal judgement and experience. I completely understand you guys, anti-furries, I understand that our community has a high amount of pedophiles, zoophiles and other much more. Sometimes our actions just makes you feel "Disgusting" to look at. It's completely fine. What is not fine is getting life threats because of a "Hobby". Not to mention that our hobby doesn't causes any harm nor threats. But getting life threats from people who against us is not okay. Who are you guys? What makes you think you have permission or consent to take/kill someone's life? If that person does committed a crime and actually kill someone by their own intentions then yes. They deserve it. But we're just... Having fun with our hobby... Why do we deserve this? We're human after all. Not a monster. We're very same human being as you why would we supposed to get treated like this? Do you think it's okay to threatening someone? If one of your relatives or yourself get threatened will you be comfortable with that? You know what they say... "Treat people the way you wanted to treated". So if you think sending life threats is okay to treat someone then I think you're no different than a ransome hacker, using the benefits for the data leaks for personal goods. And to my fandom, furries. Please... "Think" before you type. You know those anti-furries does NOT want to engage with us. Don't make yourself a target and then whining later asking for mercy. And DO NOT send life threats to those anti-furries. They just dislikes what we did doesn't mean they deserve life threats either. You know how it feels to be threatened so... Treat them nice. If you want to start a debate or discuss the problem in the fandom with them make sure you can handle criticism. You're going to receive negative feedback that's for sure but if you wish to make the fandom a better place. This... is the risk you have to take. If you can't take the risk don't cry to ask it to be better when you, yourself, still doesn't do anything about it.
