BMcD vs B&V?

Hey all,

Was thinking about the whole “best way to improve salary is job hop” mindset and I was wondering:

Does anybody know how total comp looks between B&V and B&M? Are they roughly the same? Or really, is it even beneficial to hop jobs, or will salaries be set regardless earlier in careers?

I’ve heard some shitty stuff about B&V with their new CEO so I’m taking this with a grain of salt lol. But also a bunch of EOs at B&M rave about how you won’t find better compensations, so idk who to trust
