Should I go for masters next year or continue upskilling myself?

Got a job recently... The pay isn't good enough but good to start as it's wfh...

I was earlier planning to go for masters after 4 5 yoe also to delay marriage ;)

But should I start to prepare for my entrance exam or continue upskilling? Yet the crowd will be very high enough
