New stormsurge and shadowflame on kat?
Basically Stormsurge now procs on 25% of someone's health instead of 35% and Shadowflame crits when someone is below 40% instead of 35%.
Will Stormsurge + Shadowflame rush be worth on Kat now?
here are some of the tests I ran:
Target Dummy - 40 AR 40 MR 1200 HP
Runes: conq, triumph, legend alacrity, coup de grace, sudden impact, relentless hunter
JUST STORMSURGE:
E W Q E (with autos) - 947 dmg
E W Q R (2 second channel ult, no autos) - 1339 dmg
JUST LICH BANE:
E W Q E (with autos) - 844 dmg
E W Q R (2 second channel ult, 2 autos) - 1239 dmg
JUST NASHORS TOOTH:
E W Q E (with autos) - 954 dmg
E W Q R (2 second channel, 2 autos) - 1300 dmg
I know that lich bane is better with electro etc. etc. but I feel like stormsurge rush is not a viable option because it procs way easier?
Let me know your opinions on that, I will test it in a real game soon.
