How high can I aim with this profile?

Gpa: 8.25, tier 2 university. Interned at 2 IITs, have an ML conference paper + LORs from one of those. Interned at a decently large company in 3rd year. 6 total papers, 1 in Q1 Journal and others in A and A* conferences (and workshops of those). Received 2 grants for my research as well.

Safe options - UMaryland College Park, as I have a referral there. Currently doing research on more.

Can I fly high and aim for CMU, Ivys, etc.? Feel like gpa might be a limiting factor
