Can ST students specialize in aero engineering?

I'm an ST student and I'm wondering if I can specialize in aero engineering later on I've heard that some students in Wahran were able to pursue a license or master's in aeros engineering after ST but I’m not sure if the same is possible at USTHB Does anyone have experience with this or know if it's possible? I don’t mind changing wilayas if needed
