rock bottom at 30

I feel like my only option is ending it all at this point.I am 30 with 3 years working experience and nothing else to my name.I have useless master and bachelor which require severe connections in order to get me a job(which i dont have).I havent had a gf in 10+ years and ive been unemployed for 2 years,living with my parents and having 0 money to my name.Impossible to find a job in my town since every position is contested by thousands of people and my only experience in working has nothing to do with any of the jobs that are available.I have 0 skills in every aspect(work,chores etc,) and i have video games addiction.Honeslty i dont know where to start fixing my life ive been ruining for 10 years.
