Transferred IRA

Hello,

I apologize fir asking a stupid question. I know it's not your destiny in life to come here to answer stupid questions

BUT

I just transferred my IRAs from Fidelity to Vanguard a few weeks ago, and I am unable to sell the funds to buy different funds. Is there some particular amount of time I need to wait before I can do this?
