fainting when anxious? is that a thing??

DAE Questions

hi so honestly ive been having the worst few weeks of my life and in the uk doctors are impossible to work with and dont really understand what i'm on about sometimes. can anyone please tell me if they faint when they are anxious and tell me their experience with it?

i've been a fainter most of my life but i just thought i was extremely squeamish? because the first time i fainted i was in class and we were talking about something kinda bloody? but as i've grown up i've been fainting at??? anything??? for example i was in getting my eyes checked for new glasses and i?? fainted and then puked ?? all because she put some dye in my eye !!

i've also recently been having panic attacks, weekly basically :// which has never happened before ive only had one panic attack before these started up.

i've just recently started up college and working my job when im not at college so i guess i have a lot on my plate and i'm a bit weak, so i think im just overwhelmed and having trouble adjusting :( in class i constantly feel like i can't settle? i don't really know how to describe it other than my skin feels? kinda fuzzy? and so that leads me to stress out, then comes the dizziness and the feeling of nausea and my throat closing up. however recently i have been able to do some breathing exercises to put off fainting in class i guess so thats a step.

i'm so sorry if this is hard to read or doesn't make sense in the slightest, or isn't even anxiety and im in the wrong place LOL i just really need any advice or even just someone to let me know that not all weeks are like this and i CAN go to college like a normal person and no have to leave halfway through and miss my classes (that IM PAYING FOR😭)
