Question about the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills

Hi, I am currently a student of Master of Arts in Literature from a university in the Philippines, seeking to work as a teacher in Norway or other EU countries.

I read about the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills and I am wondering if they recognize degrees from the Philippines, especially postgraduate ones.

Is it possible to contact them via email? As navigating the site has led me into a loop.
