Ringer Rules weird behavior

Hey there, so recently on my good old Pixel 4a5G I've been playing with rules to make my phone go in Vibrate mode when I'm at work and back to Ring mode when I'm walking out (annoying to make two rules instead of it being a toggle). The problem is that everytime I've set this program, it worked properly BUT after going back to Ring mode, the phone went to Silent mode after a few minutes by itself. Is it normal?
