Nausea/ Muscle tremors?

I just started on 150mg two days ago and have been feeling very strange. I also was put on Naltrexone and Metaformin at the same time. I got so nauseous yesterday I had to lay down in the bathroom for two hours near the toilet because it felt like I should be throwing up but wasn’t. Luckily that subsided for now but I keep needing to stretch my muscles. Like that feeling, if you have it, when you first wake up and you yawn and stretch out your muscles but feeling it constantly. I don’t know if that has a clinical name for it. I really want to see this through because it might be what I need to kick alcohol, lose weight and have my suicidal ideation go down but this is rough. My anxiety is the same level maybe even slightly less than normal (even though I’m on Reddit asking questions which is usually a panic move for me). I’m really just curious if anyone has been prescribed this combo and if they had this side effect. Maybe if I have no caeffine it might help? (I had a cup of coffee this morning before it got bad with the involuntary stretching)
