Does anyone else find it odd no one knows who solas is in vows and vengeance

Maybe its just a me problem but it kind of makes it hard for me to be immersed. I dont know when it takes place but i figured people knew who he was after trespasser, especially if you keep the inquisition and are able to enlist the help or orlais to track him, which i think is the default world state. After he gets heavily involved with the antaam and a meeting between world leaders while placing himself as public enemy number 1, i dont think hed be so unheard of. Also in tevinter nights he is discussed by several characters and there are agents of fen harel about too. Reading that book gave me the idea that he at least wasn’t so obscure that simply having heard the name dread wolf would be the most suspicious possible thing or that solas could safely introduce himself as the dread wolf while actively roping people into schemes.

This episode (minor spoilers) davrin freaks after just finding out nadia knows who the dread wolf is. I dont see how being aware of an elvin god is such a big deal, its not a secret, plenty of codex entries on dalish mythology are written by non dalish academics. It just seems weird to me. It doesn’t really make any sense. Some characters know him, but more as a scary mythological figure and act like speaking his name is an bad omen, and others are so unaware that theyll just agree to do a job for him.
