Advice: How to talk to people after

Hello,

My question is: do you explain to people your reasoning for getting implants? WIBTA if I refused to answer peoples questions when they ask me why I got them done? Can I just say "because I wanted to" and leave it at that?

Most of my anxiety is about justifying myself to friends and family (possibly coworkers). I do not anticipate negativity but I am very sure I'll get the "But you were already so pretty, you didn't need to get implants" line which is nice but also invalidates my feelings/choice to get implants.
